Exchange and Return

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, refund or online credit note. All you need to do is to notify us at customercare@tsujong.com with your purchase receipt number or call us on +612 9428 1118 within 7 days of receiving your order and you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return the garment. We strongly suggest that you return your item via registered post as any item that may go missing in the post will not be credited/exchanged or refunded.

For refunds, the purchase amount (less postage) will be credited to your original method of payment within five working days of receipt of goods. The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen. Sales items are for exchange/credit note only.

You must return the product to us in original unused re-saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, original packaging, with all tags attached and with a copy of the original invoice and returns form included.. Items purchased within Australia must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. International Orders must be sent back within 30 days.
