Postage and Delivery

We use Australia Post Express Mail Satchels for all orders within Australia and Australia Post’s Express Courier International Service for international orders. Only one flat fee will be charged on delivery regardless of the number of items you order.

For Domestic Delivery

Delivery time: 2 – 7 days
Delivery Fee: $10.00 (one flat fee regardless of the number of items ordered)

For International Delivery

Delivery Time: 3 – 10 business days
Delivery Fee: $40.00 (one flat fee regardless of the number of items ordered)

Order Processing

All orders placed Mon – Fri (excluding holidays) before 1pm GMT+10 will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 1pm GMT+10 will begin processing the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Confirmation and Tracking

All order confirmation emails will come with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website to monitor your delivery.

Please Note: Shipping charges do not include any individual country's customs fees, tariffs or duties. A signature is required on delivery and we therefore recommend that you nominate a work address. We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
